Patients don't get updates on what's happening now and what they are waiting for. Often nurses find prescription change in patients slots without communicating them that treatment needed doing.

I was seen by Dr Shalders and her team, Annette, Vicky and Nicky who all introduced themselves and were extremely friendly, professional and caring.
